Ensuring the safe use of your candles is essential to creating a serene and enjoyable environment. Here are some key tips for using your candles safely:
1. **Placement:** Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface, ideally away from flammable objects like curtains, paper, or fabric.
2. **Trimming the wick:** Before lighting, trim the candlewick to about 1/4 inch. This helps prevent an enlarged flame, reducing the risk of soot or excessive heat.
3. **Burn Time:** Do not burn candles for more than four hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool for at least two hours before relighting.
4. **Supervision:** Never leave a burning candle unattended. Ensure candles are extinguished when you leave a room or go to bed.
5. **Extinguishment:** Use a candle snuffer to safely extinguish the flame, as blowing it out can cause hot wax to splatter.
6. **Ventilation:** Burn candles in a well-ventilated room. However, avoid drafts, vents, or air currents to prevent uneven burning or excessive smoke.
7. **Children and Pets:** Keep candles out of reach of children and pets to avoid accidental knocks or burns.
8. **Do NOT** reused your jar to burn another candle. The initial use of your original candle has weakened the glass, and subjecting it to additional heat from another candle product could cause the glass to shatter.

The AR Collection specializes in offering high-quality, handcrafted products that help you indulge in serenity and self-care. Currently, we only provide shipping services to addresses within the USA. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, unless something becomes unexpectedly out of stock. (we will notify you at that time) Once packages are picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on location. Please allow for additional processing time and possible delayed delivery times around or during the holidays. This is due to large amounts of orders at the same time. AK and HI may take a bit longer.
Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages but will help file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
We work fast to get your order out to you. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancelation requests.
The AR Collection is not responsible for lost or packages delivered to a wrong address due to customers entering incorrect shipping addresses. Thank you for your understanding!
Your orders tracking status may take up to 48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven't received any updates after 48 hours (2 business days), please reach out to us at thearcollectioninfo@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help you look into it.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly with any shipping related issues since they'll have more information available.
Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands once the carrier is in possession. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
Occasionally due to the weather and carrier circumstances, heat will melt candles and bath/body products during transit. If you receive a melted candle or a leaky bath/body item, please reach out to us with your order number and pictures of the damaged item and the damaged packaging as proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will work with you on a replacement.
Please avoid leaving your packages outside in the heat & direct sun when possible. Thank you for your understanding!

If your The AR Collection. product arrives damaged, we're here to help! Please reach out to us at thearcollectioninfo@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you in starting the process. Proof of purchase is required for your request. If you encounter an issue with our products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, include photos and a detailed description in your email so our team can assist you effectively.
Please note: We cannot cover return shipping fees. All Sales are Final. Used candles, used products, discontinued items, limited edition or special release items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages. However, every package is insured with USPS, you can submit a claim for your package through their website.
